Services

LI Painting Pros (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, commercial painting, deck staining, and related painting services in Nassau and Suffolk County, New York. All work is performed by licensed, insured professionals.

Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are provided prior to work beginning. The estimate describes the scope of work and total price. Additional work beyond the stated scope requires separate authorization. We will not perform unauthorized work or charge for work not agreed upon in advance.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may request a deposit prior to scheduling.

Property Access and Safety

Customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area, including notifying neighbors if access through adjacent property is needed, marking underground utilities, and removing personal property from the work zone. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance; our certificate of insurance is available on request.

Cancellation

Jobs may be rescheduled or cancelled with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee if equipment and crew have been committed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
